Getting started with Archiving

Activate archiving for a domain

To use the Archiving features please ensure that:

  1. Your domain has been added to the system
  2. The Archive product has been enabled for your domain

 To do so, go to:                                                                                Domain Control Panel > Archiving > Status and click Enable.

For more information on how to use email archiving for outbound traffic, see Getting started with outgoing.


Set up archiving on Local Cloud

Local Cloud users with archiving enabled will need to select the preferred storage from Settings as a super administrator.

  1. Login as super administrator in SpamPanel
  2. Go to Archive > Settings
  3. Select the node(s) for storage use**

**Nodes can only be set once via SpamPanel                                    See Archive Storage Options
