Customize Dashboard

The Customize Dashboard option allows you to adjust the sections in the interface depending on your needs. Thus you are able to make it easier for you to access the Sections that you are using most often.

Setting it up

The Customize Dashboard toggle is always present in the interface, on the upper right hand side. To start customizing, you simply need to toggle this  On by clicking on the Slider.

Once Customize Dashboard is On, you will be able to Edit / Remove any of the existing sections by clicking on the Settings icon.

If you select to Edit the Group, a new pop-up screen will show up containing:

  • Group Name
  • Existing Links (Sections)
    • You have the ability to remove existing links by clicking on the Remove button corresponding to each Link
  • Add new link to this group option

To add new Links, you need to:

  • Click on the Add new link to this group button
  • Select the Link Type:
    • Internal Link: if this is a link to an existing section of the interface Eg: Overview
      • Simply browse through the list of links and select the required one
    • External Link: if this is a link to an External Source Eg: Knowledge Base.
      • Link URL: Link to external source
      • Open in a new tab: toggle on or off
      • Link name: add a relevant name for the link you are trying to add
    • Save

Adding new Widgets

To add new Widgets, just like the ones that you have by default Eg Domains, you need to

  • Custom: this allows you to create your own custom new group and add it to the interface.
    • Group Name: add a relevant name for your group
      • Select a link type:
